Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 June 2026
This is a plain-English summary of how PPM Prime handles your data. It is a general privacy notice for this website, not legal advice.
PPM Prime Consulting Ltd (“PPM Prime”, “I” or “me”) is the data controller for the personal data described here. If you have any questions about this policy or how your data is handled, email me at philip.moran@ppmprime.ie. Contact is by email only.
What I collect
The main way I collect personal data is through the contact form on this site. When you submit it, I collect:
- your name;
- your organisation;
- your email address;
- your phone number (optional);
- the nature of your enquiry (a category you select); and
- any message you choose to add (optional).
I don't ask for any other personal information, and there is no account to create.
Why I use it
I use this information only to respond to your enquiry and to follow up on it sensibly. The lawful basis is my legitimate interest in replying to a business enquiry you chose to send me and, where your enquiry is about working together, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. I don't use your contact-form data for marketing.
Who handles your data
To run the site and respond to enquiries, I rely on a small number of trusted service providers (“processors”) who handle data on my behalf:
- Resend delivers the contact-form email; your enquiry then arrives in my email inbox, which is hosted by LetsHost. At the moment, enquiry details are kept only in that inbox. I may use a CRM tool in future; if that materially changes how your data is handled, I'll update this policy.
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Google Analytics (GA4) helps me understand how the site is used — but only if you consent (see Cookies below).
Cookies
This site keeps cookies to a minimum.
- Essential: the site sets no cookies that track you, and works normally without cookies.
- Analytics (consent-based): if you click “Accept” on the cookie banner, Google Analytics sets cookies (for example
_gaand_ga_…) to measure site usage in aggregate. These_gacookies are only set after you accept — none are set before then.
To remember your choice, the site keeps a small item in your browser's local storage (named ppm-cookie-consent) recording whether you accepted or declined. It's first-party functional storage, sets no tracking cookie, and is never sent anywhere — it just stops the banner reappearing on every visit.
You stay in control: nothing analytics-related loads until you choose “Accept”. You can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Declining or withdrawing consent stops analytics and deletes the analytics cookies already set.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry data only as long as I need it to respond and for reasonable follow-up. After that, it is deleted — I don't keep it indefinitely.
International transfers
Some of these providers (for example Resend, Google and Vercel) may process data on servers outside the EU/EEA. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards — typically the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data I hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected (rectification);
- have your data deleted (erasure);
- restrict how I use it;
- object to my using it; and
- receive your data in a portable format (data portability).
To exercise any of these, email me at philip.moran@ppmprime.ie. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie) if you are unhappy with how your data has been handled.
